Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq Launched At Rs 19.45 Lakh, Know More

Mahindra has launched the BE 6 Sporteq on India's 79th Independence Day. The price starts at Rs 19.45 lakh, ex-showroom. This new BE 6 line-up brings a redesigned dashboard and a new triple-screen layout. New connected features and fresh interior trim are also part of the package. The powertrain options remain the same as the standard BE 6. Let’s deep dive and know the car.

Sporteq Design

BE 6

The Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq keeps the same coupe-SUV shape as the regular BE 6. It looks sleek and modern. The LED lighting adds a premium touch. Sharp creases run along the body. The door handles sit flush with the body panels. This gives it a clean, aerodynamic look. It rides on 20-inch alloy wheels.

The Sporteq gets two new visual touches. A 'Sporteq' badge sits on the body. A new Graphite Storm paint shade is also on offer. Apart from these, the exterior stays the same as the standard BE 6.

Sporteq Interior & Features

BE 6

The cabin sees the biggest change. The Sporteq drops the dual-screen setup. In its place, it gets three 12.3-inch screens. This layout is similar to the XEV 9e and XEV 9s. The dashboard design is also new. A cleaner, horizontal layout is now what you get in the electric SUV.

This new dashboard makes the wireless charging pad easier to reach. The USB Type-C ports are also more accessible. It adds extra storage space too. The Sporteq gets a black-and-tan cabin theme.

Mahindra has added six new "TEQ" tech suites. These focus on personalisation, connectivity and vehicle functions. TEQ_Me recognises the driver automatically. It loads their personal profile. TEQ_Talk brings Google Gemini integration. TEQ_xting lets owners show custom messages on the rear tailgate screen.

TEQ_Drive adds more features. These include a custom drive mode and Tribe Drive. It also gets Drift Mode and Acceleration Boost. A new Revive SOS function is part of this too. Mahindra says Revive SOS can add 13km of range. This works even after the battery hits zero percent. Owners can use this feature up to five times over the car's life.

The BE6 Sporteq has these same regular features from  BE 6's. These include a panoramic glass roof and Harman Kardon audio. It gets ventilated front seats and dual-zone climate control. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. So is the 360-degree camera and ADAS.
