The Maruti Suzuki Swift is one of the most famous and one of the highest-selling cars in the Indian market. Launched in 2005, the Swift became a quick success for the brand as it not only offered a spacious cabin but its small dimensions and fun to drive nature made it a multi-purpose car. The first-gen was soon replaced with the second-gen swift was offered supreme reliability, a beautiful design, and a mature overall package. The owner reports a positive experience with the car so far. Talking about the usage, this Swift has been mostly used on highway runs and during interstate runs. The small and compact footprint makes it easy to maneuver and park in the tight spaces while its powerful engine makes it an excellent car for long-distance drives - be it a trip to Jaisalmer or to the steep hills of Himachal. One thing that stands out about this car is its supreme performance and handling characteristics which make it extremely fun to drive car.

With this being said, the owner is not happy with the after sales support offered by the brand. The scheduled service takes a lot of time and the officials at the Maruti's authorised centres are often seen engaging in various other tasks which delay the overall procedure. Apart from that, the service quality has not been consistent and there is a huge scope of improvement in the after-sales support from the brand. Moreover, the rear seat space could have been better while the boot too isn't very impressive either.
