Update - 23/04/2021 - Isuzu is all set to bring in the BS6 version of the D-Max V-Cross and it is expected to be launched somewhere around mid-May. It will come with an updated BS6 compliant 1.9L diesel unit available in both manual and automatic transmission. The good news is that it will get both 4x2 and 4x4 variants so it caters to the need of more buyers.

This 2020 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross is completely finished in Matte-black attire and looks very handsome. It has got a lot of after-market mod-jobs to make it look even more eye-catchy than before. This 2020 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross has been modified by Thailand's DAM Auto Car and is a very competent off-roader with 4x4 system and other off-road functionalities.

Talking about the modifications, it has got satin black H113 22x12 ET-44 Hostile wheels, 22-inch huge offroad-spec Amp Mud-terrain tires (MT 35x15.5 R22), and has even got lift kits too. The front and rear portion of the lifestyle pick-up truck has got a 2-inch lift from ProcompUSA.

Other mod-jobs include an upper control Arm Sun 4x4, Drop front drive-shaft 4x4, and Stabilizer ball joint Sun 4x4. This Adventure Utility Vehicle (AUV) has also got a front shock Fox monotube 2.0, Rear shock Fox 2.0 sub-tank with 10-step adjustability, and it has also got offroad-friendly custom wheels and tires, all from Thailand itself.

The third-generation 2020 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross is powered by a new 3.0-litre diesel engine which is certainly leaps and bounds better than the previous engines, at least on paper for now, until we test it in India. This 3.0-litre oil-burner is a BS6-compliant unit that churns out 190 bhp of maximum power and 450 Nm of torque. The 2020 V-Cross also gets an improved 1.9-litre diesel engine that churns out 164 PS of power and 360 Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to both a 6-speed manual as well as automatic transmission and there is also a fabled 4x4 system on offer.

The 2020 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross also gets a revised cabin with more features than before. This new third-generation Isuzu V-Cross will go on sale in India in 2021 but prior to that Isuzu will launch the BS6-compliant iterations of the current V-Cross in the coming months.
