Skoda has hiked the prices of their sedan, Octavia for the second time after its launch in June 2021. Available in two variants only, Style and L&K, both trims now see a set price hike of Rs 56,000. Apart from the price revision, Skoda India has also added a new colour option and a safety feature for the Octavia.
Colour options on the Skoda Octavia now include -

Candy White
Lava Blue
Magic Black
Graphite Grey

Mechanically, the Octavia gets a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged stratified injection engine. This motor belts out as much as 188 bhp of power at 4180 RPM with a peak torque of 320 Nm at 1,500 RPM. It gets mated to a 7-speed DSG transmission and the ARAI certified mileage of the sedan sticks to 15.81 kmpl.
Feature-wise, the Octavia gets all-LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, dual-zone climate control, auto IRVM, cruise control, rake and reach adjusting steering wheel, power-folding driver and front passenger seats, LED fog lights, power-folding ORVMs, a large touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charger and more. Skoda India provides a standard warranty of 4 years or 1 lakh km, whichever is the earliest with the Octavia.
Safety equipment on the Octavia includes eight airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, front and rear parking sensors, hill-hold control, traction control, front seat-belt warning, a high-speed alert system and more. The Octavia also scored an impressive 5 stars at the Euro NCAP crash test rating.

Skoda Octavia is priced from Rs 26.85 lakh to Rs 29.85 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The Octavia is a good alternative to Citroen C5 Aircross.
