Tata Motors, India's third-largest passenger vehicle manufacturer, has made some major omissions from its portfolio, where several colours have been taken out, several variants, and most importantly, the Tiago NRG car has been discontinued. This has all been done so silently that very few people knew about it. So, let's learn in detail what all has gone out from the Tata cars. So, this X post caught our eye, and it mentioned all about the changes in Tata cars, and we too clarified the same by cross-checking, hence this piece. First of all let's talk about the discontinuation of Tiago NRG, the sportier version of the humble Tiago, which made it look like an crossover with cladding on wheel arcs, roof rails, and minute changes on grille. This vehicle is out of production, and not visible on the offical Tata website.

Apart from this, the red colour has been removed from the Tata Nexon palette - the one which was used during its launch media drives. Moreover, the post says that the Tata Punch Adventure and Adventure S variants are no longer on sale, but that might be reflecting the future course, as currently these trims are still on sale.

Another new revelation was that the Tiago's Arizona Blue paint is going out of the options list. This could be leading to a new set of updates coming to the cars, as right now, half of the details on the list have actually turned out to be true.
Verdict
Tata Motors' quiet move to trim down certain colours and variants hints at a possible refresh across its lineup. While discontinuing options like the Tiago's Arizona Blue and select Punch variants might seem minor, such changes often precede larger updates or new editions. It'll be interesting to see what Tata has in store next - perhaps a revised palette and variant strategy to keep the lineup fresh and more streamlined.
