Kia Motors made its India debut in the year 2019 with the Seltos mid-size SUV and it set a new benchmark in the Indian automotive history. 9. Heads-up Display (HUD) with Auto-dimming IRVM:
Kia Seltos is the only mid-size SUV in India under Rs. 20 lakhs mark to come with a HUD or Heads-up display. A HUD makes driving safer by minimising the movement of the drivers line of sight as all the vital information are displayed on it. The Telluride also gets a HUD and both the SUVs also feature an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror (IRVM) with UVO connectivity and dedicated buttons for drivers assistance.
10. Hill-start Assist Control (HAC):
Kia Seltos as well as the magnificent Telluride, both the SUVs get Hill-start Assist Control (HAC). This unique safety feature offers an added measure of security when moving from a stop on a steep hill by preventing the vehicle from rolling backwards. It functions by gently applying the brakes automatically for two seconds while you move your foot from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal. This feature is very helpful while driving up-hill.
