Upcoming TVS Apache RTR 310 To Launch On 6 September?

TVS Apache RTR 310 - What To Expect?

As seen in the invite photo, TVS has used 'Restless To Play' as the main tagline. While there is a new scooter launch planned by TVS on August 26, this is going to be a new bike. Spied on multiple times by now, TVS will introduce the naked sports bike based on the Apache RR 310. The design of it'll be different than its sibling i.e. the BMW G 310 R. Also, to differentiate it from its BMW rival, TVS will re-tune the engine, gearbox ratios, & even the exhaust note. Another change will be the feature to be offered. We expect that it'll get a new TFT console with connected features like navigation, etc. Also, it'll have a new UI for the riders with different riding modes as well.

While the design of it'll be that of a naked sports bike, it'll offer a commanding riding position. The bigger sculpted fuel tank with split seats and a raised handlebar will offer comfort while the rear set footpegs will offer a sports stance. Underneath the body, it'll be the RR 310 more or less. The engine will be the same unit as we see on the RR 310 but in a more refined avatar. Also, due to the change in body style and dynamics, the performance will also be different than the fully-faired RR 310. Upon its launch, its direct rivals will be the newly launched Triumph Speed 400 & the KTM 390 Duke.
