Variant Recommendation

author

The base E variant lacks most features and is not a worthwhile purchase but, the S variant despite being budget-friendly, it includes a decent number of features. These makes it up for the shortcomings of the base variant. When it comes to the S(O) variant , it has a higher price tag and is not strongly recommended. If budget is not a constrain opting for the SX variant is a better choice, providing some extra features. But SX(O) variant is one of the best value-for-money option as It offers many features and extra safety enhancements.

The Hyundai Venue is an attractive and feature-loaded SUV. It faces strong competition from the Maruti Suzuki Brezza though the Venue boasts an array of features and offers multiple engine options. These include a turbo petrol engine and a diesel engine. On the other hand, the Maruti Brezza doesn't lag behind the Venue. It provides a more fuel-efficient engine option with the CNG powertrain. Both sub-4 meter SUVs offer a commendable ride quality. The Brezza gains an edge with its dimensions. Each car brings its unique features to the table. Opt for the Hyundai Venue for a premium cabin experience. It offers a diesel engine and a turbocharged engine for a fun drive, along with more upscale features. But, if your priorities are stress free driving, fuel efficiency, and reliability, the Maruti Brezza emerges as a solid and practical choice.

I have owned a Venue 1.2 S petrol since December 2019, which I use for local travel as well as for long routes. I am getting 15–16 km/h in the city and 19–21 km/h on highways, with speeds between 80 and 95 kmph. I get maintenance for around 9k–10k per year with synthetic engine oil (which costs nearly 2.5 times as much as mineral oil). Ride quality and handling are very good. The best thing is built quality; even the bumpers are heavy. Overall value for money.

It is good. But the only problem is it's mileage. And it is a 1000-cc engine with a turbo. During traffic, it's tradition heats up fast. Rest it is a good family car. Hyundai is not using the good material now in the body shape of cars. But the cost is very high as compared with the Honda Elevate.
