2022 Mahindra Scorpio N Clocks 1 Lakh Bookings In 30 Mins; Deliveries To Commence From Sept 26

2022 Mahindra Scorpio N has proved to be a blockbuster again as it has achieved 1 lakh bookings in just 30 minutes. The first 25,000 bookings were done in under a minute when the same opened today at 11 in the morning. The deliveries for the same will commence from Sept 26 and the top of the line Z8L will be given a priority.

Mahindra Scorpio N is priced from Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 23.90 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Only the first 25,000 will be able to enjoy the introductory prices as of now. The carmaker plans to roll 20,000 units of the Scorpio N until Dec'22.

Feature-wise, the new Scorpio N gets modern equipment such as an electric sunroof, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, a multi-function steering wheel, LED projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity features and more.

Mechanically, Mahindra Scorpio N gets two engine options - 2.0L Stallion petrol and 2.2L diesel. The former pumps out as much as 200 bhp of power on tap with a peak torque of 370 Nm(MT) and 380 Nm(AT). The oil burner is available in two different tunes - 128 bhp / 300 Nm and 172 bhp/ 370 Nm. The diesel auto generates a peak torque of 400 Nm.

On the safety front too the new Scorpio N is now improved. It gets as many as six airbags, ABS with EBD, all-four wheel disc brakes, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX child seat mounts, front seat-belt reminder, traction control, hill descent control and more.
