Skoda has launched the latest updated version of its flagship SUV Kodiaq in India. The 2023 Skoda Kodiaq SUV is launched in three variants with a starting price tag of Rs 37.99 lakh. Skoda Kodiaq Update Details

The BS6 Phase 2 norms are now implemented & hence the updated Kodiaq has debuted. In terms of design, it resembles the outgoing model as there are no changes. With that said, it still looks beautiful and elegant. The Kodiaq is currently the flagship SUV of Skoda in India. Hence, Skoda couldn't resist adding some new intelligent bits to the latest updated model. For example, second-row passengers now get a lounge step board. It is to provide more easy access and make the ingress/outgress far easier. Additionally, the rear now gets a spoiler for added aerodynamics and improved high-speed stability. One more smart feature added to it is the door hinge protection. This is a sought-after accessory feature that will come in handy for buyers in the real world.

Meanwhile, the rest of the SUV is unchanged. One update that it has undergone is the new engine. While it remains unchanged in terms of capacity & power figures; it is now BS6 Phase 2 norms compliant. The 2.0-lt petrol engine makes 188 bhp & 320 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox. However, Skoda claims that this new engine is 4.2 percent more fuel efficient than the outgoing version.
