Bigger Wheels and Better Control
One of the most noticeable upgrades on the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure is the new 21-inch front and 17-inch rear tubeless spoke wheel setup. This replaces the previous 19-17-inch alloy combination. The new combo significantly enhances off-road stability and traction. On the other hand, the updated suspension setup features WP Apex USD forks at the front with 200mm of travel that offer adjustability for compression and rebound in 30 clicks. At the rear, the mono-shock now boasts 205mm of travel with 20-click rebound and 10-click preload adjustments. On the other hand, the ground clearance has been increased to 227mm for better obstacle clearance. Despite the marginal increase in kerb weight to 183kg, the motorcycle remains agile and responsive. Fuel capacity remains unchanged at 14.5 litres which ensures a decent touring range.
