KTM 390 To Get 4 Variations: Details Here
KTM is gearing up to release four versions of the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure. In addition to the standard adventure and enduro models, there will be a touring variant and an entry-level X version. However, its unlikely that all four will be launched simultaneously. Initially, KTM plans to introduce the adventure and touring models. Theres a possibility that the 390 Adventure X variant might also be available at launch to directly rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 which is priced at Rs. 2.85 lakh (ex-showroom). The X variant could help KTM compete closely with this pricing. The 390 Adventure Enduro variant is expected to debut later in 2025, the one that was spied on in the past.
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure lineup will feature distinct differences across its variants and the pricing will be put up accordingly. The entry-level 390 Adventure X is expected to have a more basic suspension setup and might lack some of the advanced electronics found in the premium models. The touring variant will likely come with 19/17-inch alloy wheels and a non-adjustable suspension, making it ideal for long-distance travel. On the other hand, the adventure and enduro versions will be equipped with 21/18-inch wire-spoke wheels and adjustable suspension to enhance off-road performance as per the available information.

Engine Details
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure is anticipated to use the same 399cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine as the 2024 KTM 390 Duke. In the Duke, this engine delivers 46PS of power and 39Nm of torque. However, for the Adventure model, the engine is expected to be adjusted to better align with its adventure-focused design.
As for its launch schedule, KTM is anticipated to unveil the next-generation 390 Adventure at the EICMA show in November 2024, with a market release projected for early 2025. It will rival the likes of RE Himalayan 450, BMW G310 GS, and other bikes in the segment.
