Hyundai Venue

As this is a generational change, the Venue has grown in dimensions, though the platform remains the same. The new Venue is taller, wider, and the wheelbase has increased by 20 mm, while the length remains unchanged at 3,995 mm due to the older platform. In terms of looks, the front has changed massively, appearing drastically different from the outgoing model. The addition of quad-beam LED headlamps and connected LED DRLs makes it look even bigger than its actual size, complemented by a giant silver skid plate.

From the side, it may remind you of the Exter, thanks to extended wheel arches, roof rails, and muscular lines on the doors. There's also a third glass window at the C-pillar, which lets in more sunlight, making the interior feel brighter and more lively. Moving to the rear, the new tail-light design stretches across the width, with the VENUE emblem placed inside the glass area. The bumper is enhanced by a silver skid plate and inverted L-shaped reflectors, which complement the car's overall design language and aesthetics.

Verdict
The new Venue definitely looks a lot bigger than the outgoing model, and this means better road presence. The rear seat space has also been improved, thanks to the extended wheelbase, and the interior appears richer. In terms of features, it is now aligned with Kia Syros, but lacks the panoramic sunroof. Also, this car is one of the most versatile in its segment, with 3 engine options, making sure there is a Venue for everyone. Let's see how customers respond to it.
