How can customers benefit from these campaigns?
Owners of these cars will receive a free monsoon special checkup. This includes a comprehensive vehicle inspection at no cost to identify any issues, ensuring their SUVs are adventure-ready.
Special Discounts - Customers can avail special discounts of 10% on certain services, including underbody coating, silencer coating, windshield treatment, headlight polishing, and select monsoon accessories to protect their SUVs during the rainy season.
Tire Replacement - During the free checkup, if the service center suggests changing the car's wheels, customers will receive a special offer on tire replacement. Worn-out tires are risky, especially in slippery conditions, and can become a major cause of accidents.
Discount of Parts - Customers are provided with special prices on selected parts during this campaign, along with exclusive offers on Jeep and Citroen accessories. This ensures their cars perform optimally while enhancing their aesthetics.
Roadside Assistance - As part of these packages, customers can also benefit from customizable roadside assistance according to their needs, plus a complimentary service for an additional month.
Citroen "The Great Monsoon Splash"
Citroen is calling this campaign, the Great Monsoon Splash which will cover Citroen C3, eC3, C3 Aircross, C5 Aircross. out of these eC3 is the only EV here, which starts at Rs 11.61 lakh and goes up to Rs 13.41 lakh. This French automaker came in India in 2021 with C5 Aircross.
"Jeep Monsoon Rally 2024"
This month, Jeep owners will delight in putting their SUVs in challenging situations and fully utilizing their off-roading capabilities. Even the entry-level Jeep Compass is competent enough to compete with many more expensive vehicles that claim to be true off-roaders.
Currently there are four vehicles on offer; Jeep Compass, Wrangler, Meridian, and Grand Cherokee.

This is a great initiative by these automakers, as owners of these cars often find it difficult to get satisfactory service outside authorized service centers. Since these companies are new in India, local mechanics aren't equipped to handle these car systems.
