Jeep Compass Trailhawk Launching Soon? Images

Jeep is all set to bring the Trailhawk version of the Compass soon in the Indian market. The facelifted Compass was launched last year and with the more hardcore version, Trailhawk, it is expected to garner the interest of buyers looking for an off-road vehicle that not only takes them to places but also offer the latest tech and sophisticated interior.

Jeep Compass Trailhawk will differentiate itself from the normal version with a tweaked exterior and interior design. On the outside, we can expect restyled headlight as well as the grille design along with a new bumper. The Trailhawk version is also expected to sit higher than the regular Compass and get more ground clearance. Do expect Trailhawk badging on the front fenders, boot lid and at the front of the SUV.

Sharing the deeds on the inside then we can expect an all-black cabin theme with red stitching on the dashboard and the seats. A larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is expected. This touchscreen will be running on the latest Uconnect 5 system.

The Trailhawk version of the Jeep Compass is expected to get ventilated seats for the driver and co-driver, a huge panoramic sunroof, connected car technology, wireless charging and among other features. Unlike the older version where the dual-pane panoramic sunroof was an option, we expect this new version will get this feature as a standard fitment only.

Under the hood, the Compass Trailhawk will retain the FCA Sourced 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine. This unit produces 168 bhp with a peak torque of 350 Nm. This motor will be mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The Trailhawk version will also get Jeep's SelecTerrain system.
