Jeep India Trail Edition Details

The teaser reel shared by Jeep India on its social handles does not really give out too many details, which makes it quite hard to decipher exactly what is coming our way. However, given Jeep's history, we can expect this to be another special edition which will focus more aesthetic and cosmetic enhancements, and maybe also focus on a few feature additions.

We can expect either one of Jeep's current cars or all of them, such as the Compass, Meridian, Wrangler, and the Grand Cherokee to be available with the Trail Edition treatment. Not too long ago, the car maker had launched the Grand Cherokee Signature Edition at Rs 69.04 lakh, and the Wrangler '41 Willys Edition for Rs 73.15 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).

The Compass had also received a Sandstorm Edition at Rs 19.49 lakh, which focused on cosmetic enhanements and feature additions such as a dual dashcam, programmable ambient lighting. Given that Jeep is also celebrating its 84th anniversary globally, it is possible that the Trail Edition could extend to the entire lineup of Jeep's current cars. More details to follow soon!
