Kia Carens
Kia Carens is now available in just one variant - Premium (O), which starts at Rs 11.40 lakh ex-showroom. Before the Kia Carens Clavis was unveiled, this variant was the second in the Carens lineup and costed the same amount. Moreover, features on offer are very limited but acceptable, and the most shocking part we observed while going through the Kia site is that - this particular variant is available with all three engines, which is quite unusual as it has never happened before.

The engine options are - 1.5L Turbo Petrol (T-GDi) with 6 iMT gearbox, 1.5L Naturally Aspirated with 6-speed manual, and 1.5L Diesel with 6-speed manual. Lastly, here only the 7-seater variant will be offered.

Talking about the features it gets - so it has an 8-inch infotainment screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 6 speakers, electrically adjustable ORVM, keyless entry, one-touch electric tumble - 2nd seats, 5 USB ports, and 6 airbags with 9 other safety features. If customers go with the 1.5L NA petrol, then Kia will offer 15-inch steel wheels with full-size cover, and if with the other two engines - then 16-inch steel wheels. Lastly, no change in colour options and the seats are semi-leatherette with black and indigo colour.
