MG M9

MG M9 is an electric MPV with a seating capacity of 7 people. This car is yet to be launched and will be brought here via the CBU route, and looking at the tech, features, and overall size of this car, we suspect that it would easily cost around Rs 65 to 70 lakh. So, the M9 will become a direct rival to the Kia Carnival, which is priced at Rs 63.91 lakh ex-showroom. To add more, it is also suspected that only one - Presidential Limousine - variant will be available, and lastly, customers can experience and take deliveries of it only through MG Select showrooms, not through regular ones.
One thing that is quite striking about this vehicle is that the M9 is longer and wider than the Kia Carnival and Toyota Vellfire, which could translate to it being even roomier and providing more luggage space.

Powertrain and Features

Other details include 8 massage modes in the ottoman seats, 3-zone climate control, a touchscreen panel on the handrail, and a comfortable 7-seat setup with a large boot space. Verdict
MG M9 bookings have officially started at Rs 51,000. This will become the latest entrant in the luxury MPV space, which is growing rapidly as people with power and money aren't really satisfied with the SUV experience anymore - now they need to travel the same way they travel in a plane - with a first-class seating experience, which these large MPVs are providing. Although the M9 is an EV, still it will be competed against the Carnival because of their nearby prices.
