Tata Nexon XM+(S) Variant Launched At Rs 9.75 Lakh, Rs 55K Costlier Than The XM (S)

Tata Nexon, which was introduced in 2017, has a major presence in the Indian compact-SUV market. In recognition of the Nexon's popularity in the Indian market, Tata Motors has just introduced a new variant of the SUV. The new Tata Nexon XM+(S) model, which falls between the XM(S) and XZ+ variants of the vehicle, costs Rs 9.75 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Nexon XM+ (S)

The recently released Nexon XM+(S) model, which sits above the XM(S) variant, has extra functionality. The Nexon XM+(S) will be equipped with a shark fin antenna, an electric sunroof, a 7" floating infotainment system with apple car play and android auto, four speakers, a cooled glove box, rear AC vents, rain-sensing wipers, auto headlights, a digital instrument panel, and multi driving modes.

In terms of engine specs, it will still feature a 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine and a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine. The former generates 108 bhp of power and 260 Nm of peak torque, while the latter generates 118 bhp of power and 170 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission are paired with both engines.

Colour options for the Nexon XM+(S) include Calgary White, Daytona Grey, Flame Red, and Foliage Green. It will be available with a diesel or a petrol engine and will retail between Rs 9.75 lakh and Rs 11.70 lakh (ex-showroom).
