TVS's first-ever adventure motorcycle, the RTX 300, was launched on October 15 at a starting price of Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom). It has received positive feedback from both customers and auto experts. TVS Apache RTX 300
The Apache RTX 300, a brand-new ADV set to disrupt the segment, offers impressive capability at a super attractive starting price of Rs 2 lakh. This makes it a highly desirable motorcycle, especially considering it will compete in a segment full of popular bikes like the KTM 250 Adventure, Hero Xpulse, Suzuki V-Strom, and more. For tourers, TVS has released the official list of accessories on its website, and within just a few hours, all of them were sold out. Specifications
An all-new 300cc engine, named RTX-D4, produces 36 PS and 28.5 Nm of torque. It's paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox featuring a slipper and assist clutch. At the front, it gets USD forks, while the rear is equipped with a monoshock with a floating piston. The bike runs on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear tyres, and features switchable dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety. Moreover, it has a 12.5-litre fuel tank and 200 mm of ground clearance.
Some key features include a 5-inch TFT display with TVS SmartXonnect technology and four ride modes - Urban, Rain, Tour, and Rally.

Verdict
We haven't tested this beast of a bike yet, but all the numbers and specifications make it undeniably a hit product. Plus, the pricing is just the icing on the cake, as it can really create a dent in its rivals. Moreover, it is available in three trims, and it looks fantastic.
