TVS has revealed its plan for the premium retail network for its flagship products, named the TVS Paddock. This comes after various brands are now shifting towards a separate channel for their higher-end products. Rather than functioning as a conventional dealership network, TVS Paddock is designed to serve as a comprehensive lifestyle and engagement platform for premium motorcycle enthusiasts. The concept combines vehicle sales, customisation, branded merchandise, community activities, and specialised after-sales support within a single retail environment.
TVS Paddock has been developed with a focus on premium retail design and customer interaction. The concept was created in partnership with Checkland Kindleysides, a London-based retail design consultancy known for creating experiential retail spaces. The retail format is built around the themes of engineering excellence and precision performance. Customers will have access to dedicated consultation areas, motorcycle customisation facilities, and digitally integrated purchase journeys designed to make the buying process more seamless.
