KTM India seems to be preparing to launch the updated Adventure 390 to the market. The brand has recently updated its naked series in India, and now it seems the time for its Adventure series to get an update. The test mules of the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure in Standard & Enduro version have been spotted on the test. See the images and read details of the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure below. KTM 390 Adventure - Standard & Enduro Coming Soon!
The newly spotted test mules showed the design changes that will come in the new 390 Adventure. The recently spotted 390 Adventure & 390 Enduro test mules were in production-ready form. One motorcycle was fitted with a twin-projector headlamp setup with a tall windscreen and spoke wheels which are visible in the pictures. We can expect a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel. These tyres will be more road-friendly.
This version also gets a pillion grab rail, a wide contoured seat, and a lowered handlebar as compared to the other test mule. This version also features an offset mono-shock absorber.
KTM 390 Enduro
The other test mule which is expected to be the Enduro version features a single flat bench seat and a single headlamp unit. This version is expected to get a bigger tyre size and more off-road-specific electronics making it more off-road friendly.
This off-road-centric version is expected to get a bigger 21-inch front wheel and 18-inch rear wheel. The bigger knobby tires will help it get more traction off the road. Additionally, we can also expect a taller seat height and changed dimensions as compared to the standard version.

KTM 390 Adventure & 390 Enduro Engine Specifications
Both the versions of the upcoming 390 Adventure are likely to get the new 399cc LC4C engine which is available in the Duke 390. The tuning might be a bit different as compared to the Duke to suit the character of the 390 Adventure.
Verdict
The newly spotted test mules of the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure shows that the upcoming ADV will be more bigger in dimension and will boast a new design. The Enduro version will offer more enthusiast-friendly options, while the Standard variant will be for road and off-road riding. The KTM 390 Adventure will compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and other adventure motorcycles in the same price range.
