2021 Ford Ecosport Facelift Launch Next Month - Spied Again [VIDEO]

Ford India will soon launch the new EcoSport Facelift in the country. Just a few days ago, we shared with you that Ford might launch the new EcoSport in September 2021 and the same has been now confirmed by various Ford dealerships across the country. Also, ahead of its official launch, the 2021 Ford EcoSport Facelift has been spied once again on test in the country.

The new 2021 Ford EcoSport Facelift has been spied by one Sundarmahesh. The new spy images show a handful of details about the upcoming facelifted version of this sub-compact SUV. For instance, we can see that it gets a revised grille along with new vertically laid-out L-shaped LED DRLs. However, the headlamps don't get any changes. The EcoSport Facelift will get new five-spoke alloy wheels too. However, at the rear, it won't get any major updates. On the inside, the facelifted Ford EcoSport might get new upholstery and an updated infotainment system. Ford might offer some new colour shades too like the Luxe Yellow colour which is sold abroad.

2021 Ford EcoSport Facelift - Engine Specifications

The facelifted Ford EcoSport won't get any mechanical changes. It will still be powered by a BS6 compliant 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that churns out 122 PS of power and 149 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The compact SUV also gets a BS6 compliant 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine. This oil-burner churns out 100 PS of power and 215 Nm of peak torque and it comes mated a 5-speed manual gearbox only.

2021 Ford EcoSport Facelift - Launch Date and Price-

Finally, let's about the launch date and price. So, the launch of the new 2021 Ford EcoSport Facelift will take place next month in September. Also, we got to know that if one books the EcoSport now, several Ford dealerships across India are promising the delivery of the new EcoSport Facelift by the end of next month.
