On February 23rd, Maruti Suzuki will unveil the 2022 Baleno facelift. We've been seeing teasers of the features the new Baleno will get for the past few days. The 2022 Baleno will have a number of exteriors and internal upgrades that will make it better than the previous-generation Baleno. In comparison to the previous model, the exterior of the 2022 Baleno has undergone significant alterations. The new Baleno has been revamped, with a new front fascia and a revised rear appearance. The headlights are new and improved, and the front grille has been extensively changed. The rear lights have also been altered, and all of these changes add up to make the Baleno look much finer than before.
The redesigned Baleno is distinguished by new C-shaped LED taillights that extend onto the tailgate, as well as a revamped rear bumper with higher-positioned reflector strips. The tailgate and spoiler, on the other hand, appear to be remarkably identical to the current model.

A free-standing 9-inch Smartplay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system, ARKAMYS sound system, segment's first Head-up Display (HUD), 360-degree camera, and connected automobile technology are among the highlights. Also, Maruti has enabled the new Baleno with Alexa compatibility and 40+ other features that can be controlled via phone. The 2022 Baleno will be equipped with six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and other safety features.
2022 Maruti Baleno vs Old Baleno Engine
The current generation of the Baleno comes with two engine options, 1.2-liter petrol engine will power the upcoming 2022 Baleno, although it is likely to be fine-tuned for better performance. Unlike previous models, the 2022 Baleno will not be available with a CVT automatic transmission, instead opting for a 5-speed AMT.

2022 Maruti Baleno Launch Timeline
Maruti is set to launch the 2022 Baleno on February 23rd. According to reports, the car has garnered over 16,000 before its launch. The new Baleno can be reserved for Rs 11,000 at any Nexa dealership or on the company's website. The car will continue to compete against the Tata Altroz, Hyundai i20, and Volkswagen Polo.
