Maruti Suzuki India has launched the taxi variant of its popular small hatchback Alto K10. Named Tour H1, it comes with the same powerful and efficient next-gen K-Series 1-litre dual jet, dual VVT engine offering impressive performance and enhanced fuel efficiency numbers of 24.60 km/l with petrol and 34.46 km/kg with CNG.
Maruti Alto K10 Tour H1: Dimensions
The new Tour H1 is completely identical to the Alto K10 in dimensions. It is 3530 mm in length, 1490 mm in width, 1520 mm in height & 2380 mm in wheelbase. Moreover, it gets a fuel tank capacity of 27L for petrol and 55L for CNG.
Maruti Alto K10 Tour H1: Powertrain Specs
The Tour H1 from Maruti comes with a K series 1 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 66.6 PS of power in petrol mode and 56.6 PS of power in CNG mode. The torque output is 89Nm in petrol mode and 82.1Nm in CNG mode.
Maruti Alto K10 Tour H1: Safety Features
On the safety features front, it gets dual airbags, front seat belts with pre-tensioner and force limiter, seat belt reminders for both front and rear passengers, engine immobilizer, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), speed limiting system, reverse parking sensors, etc. Moreover, it also comes with a speed governor, limiting the top speed to 80 km/h.
Maruti Alto K10 Tour H1: Prices
The petrol-only variant of the Maruti Tour H1 is priced at Rs 4.8 lakh and the factory-fitted S-CNG variant of the Maruti Tour H1 is priced at Rs 5.7 lakh (ex-showroom).

Verdict: The new Tour H1 from Maruti will come in petrol as well as factory fitted S-CNG option. It will be available in three color choices, namely, Metallic Silky Silver, Metallic Granite Grey, and Arctic White. The Tour H1 joins Maruti's Tour lineup of vehicles that are designed for taxi & commercial buyers.
