To further extend the sales, carmakers also offer huge discount. Just like Maruti Suzuki which is offering as much as up to Rs 45,000 discount for September 2020.
Maruti Suzuki Celerio Petrol and CNG

This hatchback from Maruti was the first to feature an AMT gearbox. It features an old school design and a smooth 1.0L petrol motor. Maruti is offering benefits up to Rs 45,000 which can be further broken into Rs 25,000 as cash discount and another Rs 20,000 as exchange bonus. The 1.0L petrol makes 68 bhp with 90 Nm of peak torque and the CNG makes about 58 bhp and 78 Nm of torque.

Maruti S-Presso

This hatchback competes with Renault Kwid and needless to say the design speaks for itself. The high raised hatchback is powered with the same 1.0L petrol engine and Maruti offers this car with CNG option also. Further, a 5-speed manual along with an optional AMT gearbox is also on the offer. Maruti is offering discount worth Rs 40,000 which accounts to Rs 20,000 as cash and another Rs 20k as exchange offer.
Maruti Dzire Petrol

The best selling compact SUV is also the most fuel-efficient car with a 1.2L petrol motor. It delivers 24.12 km/l in the automatic version which is the highest in petrol sedan. The Dzire competes with Honda Amaze, Tata Tigor, Ford Aspire and Hyundai Aura. It is being offered with a total discount worth Rs 35K which segregates into Rs 10K as a cash discount and another Rs 25K as exchange bonus.
Maruti Swift

The Swift is taken on the Tata Tiago and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. It gets powered with a 1.2L petrol motor which makes 82 bhp with 113 Nm of peak torque. Currently, Maruti Suzuki is offering discount worth Rs 35K for September 2020 on the Swift which further is broken into Rs 15K as cash and another Rs 20K as exchange bonus.

Maruti Alto 800 Petrol and CNG

Maruti's best selling car, Alto 800 comes with 0.8L petrol and an alternative CNG fuel. The former makes 47 bhp with 69 Nm of torque while the CNG version makes 40 bhp with 60 Nm of peak torque. A total of Rs 33K discount is being offered which segregates into Rs 18K as cash and Rs 15K as exchange bonus.
Maruti Wagon R
Another popular hatchback from the Indian carmaker is the Wagon R which sees a total discount of Rs 30K which frees into Rs 10K as cash and another Rs 20K as exchange bonus. It is offered with both 1.0L and 1.2L petrol engines.
Maruti Vitara Brezza

The recently launched SUV from Maruti saw a big change when its 1.3L diesel was discontinued to make way for the 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol motor. It now makes 103 bhp with 138 Nm of peak torque and comes with both 5-speed manual and a four-speed torque converter unit. Maruti is offering up to Rs 20K as exchange bonus on this SUV.
