Skoda has finally launched the Slavia at a starting price of Rs 10.69 lakh. The top-spec 1.0L Style AT is priced at 15.39 Rs lakh. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi. As of now, Skoda has launched the 1.0L TSI and the bigger and more powerful 1.5L TSI will be launched on March 3, 2022.
Mechanically, this 1.0L, turbocharged petrol engine generates as much as 114 bhp of power on tap with a peak torque of 178 Nm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard and an optional 6-speed torque converter unit.
Skoda Slavia is available in three variants - Active, Ambition and Style. It is the third product based on the MQBAO IN platform after Kushaq and VW Taigun. It measures 4,541 mm in length, 1,752 mm in width, 1,487 mm in height and gets a wheelbase of 2,651 mm. The boot space of Skoda Slavia is measured at 521 litres.

Feature-wise, Skoda Slavia is equipped with a larger 10.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also gets automatic climate control, ventilated seats for front passengers, an electric sunroof, rear AC vents, wireless charging, power-folding ORVMs, My Skoda connect car technology, keyless entry, auto-dimming IRVM and others.
Safety equipment on offer includes as many as six airbags, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake-force distribution, electronic stability control, electronic differential system, hill hold assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system, a rearview camera and more.

Design-wise, Skoda Slavia gets all-LED headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights, signature butterfly grille at the front, LED tail lamps and dual-tone alloy wheels. Skoda Slavia is available in five colour options - Crystal Blue, Tornado Red, Candy White, Brilliant Silver and Carbon Steel.
