Tata Harrier EV Bookings Open; Deliveries Soon

Tata Motors has officially opened bookings for the recently launched Tata Harrier EV, which debuted at a starting price of Rs. 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Notably, the Harrier EV marks a milestone as the brand's first model to feature an all-wheel-drive setup. The electric SUV is offered in five main variants: Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless Plus, Empowered, and Empowered AWD. As for the price band, it looks something like this:

The Tata Harrier EV is available with two battery pack choices of 65 kWh and 75 kWh. Both versions feature a single-motor, rear-wheel-drive setup as standard, while the larger 75 kWh unit also offers a dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant. The RWD models generate 238 hp and 315 Nm of torque, whereas the AWD version with the 75 kWh pack pushes out a combined 313 hp and 504 Nm. When it comes to range, Tata claims the 65 kWh models can deliver up to 538 km on a full charge, while the 75 kWh RWD and AWD variants are rated at 627 km and 622 km, respectively.

Harrier EV: Features Like Never Before (For Tata)

Inside the cabin, the Harrier EV features the updated dashboard layout, a new steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster that mirrors the UI seen in the Curvv EV and Nexon EV. It also packs in an extensive feature list, including Level 2 ADAS, auto park assist with summon and reverse functions, a 14.53-inch Samsung Neo QLED infotainment display, blind view monitor, flush door handles, 540-degree camera system, digital IRVM with integrated dashcam, and seven airbags. Other highlights include automatic climate control, voice assistant integration (including Siri and Google), boost mode, six terrain modes, and powered front seats, 8-way adjustable for the driver and 4-way for the co-driver, with Boss Mode functionality, making it one of the most heavily equipped Tata ever.

The Harrier EV has swept the EV space with its talk, be it looks, the performance show that the brand displayed, or the sweet price point considering all that it has to offer.
