Tata Nexon XM(S) Variant Launched - Gets Sunroof And Auto Headlights

Tata Motors recently updated the Nexon line-up with the addition of a new XM(S) variant. The Tata Nexon XM(S) has been priced from Rs 8.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the petrol model with a manual transmission. Additionally, the buyers can opt for a diesel-powered XM(S) model as well. Talking about the features and equipment on offer, Tata Nexon XM(S) now comes with an electric sunroof, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and a number of other advanced features such as hill hold control, multi-drive modes (Eco, City, and Sport), and electronic stability control. Apart from this, the XM(S) variant also offers steering mounted controls, LED DRLs, projector headlamps, ConnectNext Infotainment system by Harmon, dual airbags, and a number of other features.

The Nexon XM(S) will be available with two engine options which include a turbocharged 1.2-L petrol engine and a 1.5-l diesel engine Both these engines can be had with a manual as well as an AMT transmission. Considering the overall package, the XM(S) variant not only comes out to be a highly VFM product but has also made the Nexon one of the most affordable cars with a sunroof.

It is worth noting the fact that the Tata Nexon scored 5-stars in the safety NCAP rating crash tests and is one of the safest cars on sale in the country right now. Moreover, the car also gets impressive design language and a premium cabin which makes it a worthy contender in the segment which has cars such as the Hyundai venue, Ford Ecosport, Maruti Brezza, and Mahindra XUV300.
