Toyota Hilux Gets Rs 2.5 Lac Discount Plus Complementary Accessories

With the ongoing festive season, several carmakers are offering huge discount offers on their models. Toyota Kirloskar Motor too is providing a massive discount on their pick-up truck, Hilux. It competes with Isuzu D-Max V-Cross.

The Japanese carmaker is offering a massive Rs 2.5 lakh cash offer on the Hilux. As of now, it isn't sure whether this offer is valid for the base variant or the top-end variant. For this, you have to connect with the nearest dealership only.

Other than the huge cash discount, Toyota is also offering several complementary accessories and those are -

These accessories are provided free of cost if you purchase Hilux. The only catch is that this offer is valid for a limited time. Customers need to book this truck before October 31, 2022, to avail full benefits.

Under the hood, Hilux gets a 2.8-litre, BS6-compliant, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine. This unit produces 204 hp of power with a peak torque of 500 Nm with the 6-speed auto. The peak torque is limited to 420 Nm with the 6-speed iMT unit. This is the same engine as found in the Toyota Fortuner as well.

Feature-wise, Toyota Hilux is equipped with an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, multi-function steering wheel with rake and reach adjustment, tyre angle monitor and more.

When Toyota launched Hilux a few months ago, the bookings were halted on a temporary basis citing the huge demand for the pick-up truck.
