Ford Motor India has launched BS6 compliant in India. All three Ford BS6 cars will now be available in the market from now. The base version of the Figo is priced at Rs 5.39 lakhs, Aspire Rs 5.99 lakhs, while the Freestyle is priced at Rs 5.89 lakhs. The price increase is also marginal. The Figo is priced Rs 16,000 more than the BS4 version, Rs 2,000 for the Freestyle and there is no price hike on the Aspire sedan.
The diesel variants of the cars have received a higher price hike. The Figo diesel is now Rs 26,000 - Rs 30,000 more expensive than the BS4 variant while the Aspire is Rs 12,000 more expensive. Ford has deleted a few features in the top-end versions of the cars and due to that, the top-end version of the Aspire and the Freestyle are now cheaper than before.

The version just below the top-end version, the Titanium variant now offers much fewer features than the BS4 version. Ford has removed the touchscreen infotainment system too. However, the company has added the Ford Pass with all the Ford BS6 compliant vehicles now.
The new connect feature allows the customers to lock/unlock the vehicle, check the fuel level, location of the car, updates on the car and more such features.
All three Ford BS6 vehicles are powered by the same petrol and diesel engine options. There is a 1.2-litre petrol engine option that offers a maximum of 96 PS and 119 Nm of peak torque, which is merely 1 Nm lower than the BS4 version. The 1.5-litre diesel version still offers the same 100 PS and 215 Nm of peak torque. Only 5-speed manual transmission is available with the engine options.
