Hyundai revealed the Aura compact sedan last month but we were only allowed to see the exteriors as all windows were blacked out. Likewise, we were told that the rest of the details and features will be disclosed on the launch itself. However, new spy shots have surfaced online - shot by Motoroctane, these go ample insights into how the Hyundai Aura interiors look like.
Is it similar to the G10 Nios? Yes! the overall look and feel of the interiors are exactly the same as of G10 Nios'. The dashboard and the doors are offered in dual-tone colour with a combination of black and beige giving it a sense of airiness. The rest of the cabin is identical to the Nios too. The 8-inch touchscreen is the same featuring rearview monitor, Android Auto, Apple Car Play and Hyundai's Bluelink connected car technology.
The instrument cluster features the same analogue tachometer and a 13.46 cm screen for other bits of information. One addition you might notice in the pictures is the Cruise Control feature in the Aura and from the tachometer, we can confirm that the spied car is a petrol manual. Hyundai Aura will be available with cruise control in top variants. Apart from that, the front headrests are still non-adjustable whereas the rear ones are adjustable. Hyundai Aura interiors will get some useful features like a wireless charger, Arkamys sound system and USB charging port.

Hyundai Aura will get a sport exterior design featuring projector headlamps with dual boomerang LED DRLs, projector fog lights, rear LED taillamps, R15 diamond-cut alloy wheels, chrome door handles and chrome strip at the boot.
Coming to the engine options, Aura will get a pair of 1.2 petrol and diesel engine option where the 1.2 petrol will churn out 83 ps and the diesel will produce 75 hp. The exclusive 1.0 litre Kappa 1-litre 3-cyl turbo petrol will also be launched with the Aura which will produce around 100 hp and all the engines will be BS6 compliant.

Hyundai Aura will be launched on 21 January and it will take on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Honda Amaze, Tata Tigor, Ford Aspire and VW Ameo. However, the predecessor of the Aura- Xcent will be sold in CNG option for fleet operators even after the launch of the Aura.
