Maruti Suzuki earlier announced its plans to implement a price hike across its entire portfolio from February 2025 and the fresh rate list is starting to take shape. Now, we have the Maruti Fronx in the mix that gets a price hike in the range of Rs. 500 to Rs. 5,500, depending on the variant selection. Maruti Fronx Price Hiked
The latest prices for the Maruti Fronx have increased, but it is still well within the cushion limits, and not very significant to impact your buying decisions, with select variants like the Delta 1.2 AGS, Delta Plus 1.2 AGS, and Delta Plus (O) 1.2 AGS seeing a hike of up to Rs. 5,500. Meanwhile, all other variants have experienced a price rise of Rs. 500 each. With this update, the Maruti Fronx now ranges from Rs. 7.52 lakh to Rs. 13.04 lakh (ex-showroom). Interior And Features
The Maruti Fronx is loaded with modern features, including a 360-degree camera, 9-inch infotainment system, integrated Suzuki Connect, head-up display, wireless charging, steering-mounted controls, dual-tone interiors, cruise control, and rear fast-charging USB ports. It offers all the features expected in a contemporary vehicle at a competitive price. Safety-wise, the Fronx is equipped with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, an electronic stability program, all 3-point ELR seat belts, and the ISOFIX child seat restraint system, ensuring a secure drive.

Engine Details
Maruti Fronx offers two engine choices: a 1.2-liter petrol engine that produces 89.73 PS and 113 Nm of torque, paired with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox and a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine delivering 100.06 PS and 147.6 Nm of torque, available with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. For those looking to churn out more fuel economy, you also have CNG variants using the 1.2-liter engine, generating 77.5 PS and 98.5 Nm of torque in the CNG mode, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Also, brace yourselves as a hybrid variant of the Fronx, which is also on the cards. It has been spotted testing on Indian roads just recently, hinting at a not-so-far debut timeline.
Verdict
The price hike is nothing surpsrising and now when its here, the range is also not something that will throw off your budgets. However, if you are still keen on getting more discounts, you can search for the MY24 units that are being cleared off from the stockpile at substantial discounts, but that is only till stock lasts.
