Maruti Victoris Deliveris Commenced

Maruti Suzuki has officially started the deliveries of their Victoris SUV under the Arena network. With booking already open after the launch, the first customers are now taking their car home. Given the excitement around its competitive pricing, hybrid technology, and safety credentials, the Victoris is already generating a strong buzz in the market, and the commencement of deliveries is expected to further boost its popularity in the crowded mid-size SUV segment.

What does it offer?

On the outside, it looks mature with sleek LED headlamps, a chrome strip across the nose and full LED tailamps at the rear. Meanwhile, those cladding with 17-inch alloys give it a more bold look. But the main party is inside, as you step in. It boasts a 10.1-inch infotainment, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, front ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, head-up display and 8-speaker Infinity audio system. Not just this, for the first time in the lineup, the Victoris gets an ADAS suite along with other safety features. It has also scored 5-star safety ratings in both Bharat NCAP and Global NCAP tests.

Powertrains

The Maruti Victoris offers three powertrain options with the same engine. The first one is the 1.5-litre mild hybrid petrol engine, which belts out 103 PS and 139 Nm of torque. The second is a 1.5-litre strong hybrid petrol unit which churns out 116 PS of power. Lastly, the CNG version with the same engine gives out 88 PS and 122 Nm of torque. Notably, the strong hybrid variant comes paired only with an eCVT gearbox while other comes with an option of manual or automatic units.

Pricing

The Maruti Victoris comes at a very competitive price, starting at Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and going up to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top spec(strong hybrid).
