Maruti Suzuki XL6 is one of the sortest looking cars with an old school design and a capacity to carry 6 people on board comfortably for longer journeys. While the cabin inside gets an all-black theme which gives the premium MPV a bold look, there are people who prefer to go with the dual-tone treatment. Here is one such Maruti XL6 which gets modified interiors in dual-tone treatment of tan brown and black.
The original colour is the chocolate shade according to the lady and first, it is experienced on the door panels. The soft leather material with a chocolate scheme has been used and along white stitching is observed to give it a contrasting look.
Moving on to the seats then these are also in the chocolate shade, furthermore, the seats are finished in artificial leather and provides extra foam for better comfort. The diamond-cut look on the seats looks amazing. The armrest too of the MPV receives similar treatment as the seats.
The dual-tone scheme is observed on the steering wheel also with the bottom part of the wheel in the chocolate shade and the upper one in black. It also gets white contrast stitching.
Even though the all-black interiors work better in the Maruti XL6, some owners tend to disagree and with the aftermarket options offering the dual-tone interiors, it is possible. Maruti XL6 sits a level above Ertiga and offers 6-seat layout only. It rivals Mahindra Marazzo and much premium Toyota Innova Crysta.
Under the hood, the XL6 gets a four-cylinder, BS6 compliant petrol engine. This unit produces 103 bhp with 138 Nm of peak torque. It gets mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and is also offered with a 4-speed torque converter unit. The prices of Maruti XL6 starts from Rs 9.92 lakh and the top model reaching Rs 11.70 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
