Real-Life Images Of Renault Kiger Spied At Dealership In Three Colours - Have A Look

The upcoming all-new Renault Kiger sub-compact SUV recently made its World Premiere in India. The Kiger will be the first sub-4-metre compact SUV from the house of this French car manufacturer in the Indian market. The new Renault Kiger will be most likely launched in India by the end of this month or by early next month (March 2021). Now, ahead of its official launch, the dealer dispatches of the Kiger have commenced and it has been spied at multiple dealership yards across the country. So, here we have for you the Real-Life Images of the upcoming Renault Kiger in three different colour shades.

The new Renault Kiger will be available in six different colour shades in the Indian market. They are Mahogany Brown, Ice Cool White, Planet Grey, Moonlight Grey, Caspian Blue and Radiant Red (available only in top-spec variant). All the colour shades will be available as a dual-tone option with Mystery Black roof while the dual-tone Radiant Red colour will get a glossy Black roof. So, the new Renault Kiger shares its underpinnings and mechanicals with its cousin, the Nissan Magnite. Both these sub-compact SUVs have almost the same dimensions with an identical wheelbase of 2500 mm and a high ground clearance of 205 mm. The all-new Renault Kiger, however, is a step ahead of the Nissan Magnite, when it comes to the mechanicals. Now, both these sub-compact SUVs get two petrol engine options. However, while the Magnite gets only two different transmission options, the Kiger offers three. It is powered by a BS6-compliant 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This motor churns out 72 PS of maximum power and 96 Nm of peak torque.

It also gets an all-new 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This turbo petrol motor churns out 100 PS of maximum power and 160 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines come mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and while the naturally-aspirated petrol gets an optional AMT, the turbo petrol gets a CVT. The new Renault Kiger will be quite feature-loaded too with all the modern features you can expect from a car of this price. However, its main highlight will be the pricing as it is expected to be priced between Rs. 5.20 lakhs - Rs. 9.99 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. Are you excited for the launch of the Kiger?
