Renault Kwid 10th Anniversary Edition Launched At Rs 5.14 Lakh

The Renault Kwid, the popular entry-level car, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. To mark the milestone, Renault has launched a limited-edition 10th Anniversary Edition, starting at Rs 5.14 lakh (ex-showroom) for the manual trim and Rs 5.63 lakh (ex-showroom) for the AMT. Renault Kwid - 10th Anniversary Edition

This small car has recieved several updates in a long time, and one of the major change is the new nomenclature for variants. That are - Evolution (Earlier RXL), Techno (Earlier RXT), and Climber. The 10th Anniversary Edition is based on the Techno variant, and only 500 units of it will be available with exclusive styling elements. So, it will comes with a dual-tone colour options - Fiery Red with Black Roof and the new Shadow Grey with Black Roof, enhanced with shiny black Flex Wheel, with anniversary decals on doors and C-Pillars. Also, on the front grille, a yellow inserts is visible.

Inside, the 10th Anniversary Edition features themed seat designs, yellow accents on the seats, a leatherette steering wheel with metal mustard stitching, illuminated scuff plates, and puddle lamps with Kwid lettering - highlighting its celebratory character.

Lastly, the 3-point seatbelts are now available for all seats, and the Climber variant offers even more enhanced safety with 6 airbags.

Price

The car now starts at Rs 4,29,900 for the Authentic variant, while the top-end Climber DT AMT costs Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom). This price revision comes after the new GST rate was reduced from 28% + 1% CESS to 18%. Let's take a closer look at the table to understand better.
