Skoda Auto India has crossed 350 customer touchpoints across 193 cities. The 350th outlet opened in Imphal on October 30, 2026, which also marks the brand’s entry into Manipur.
The network has grown fast. It stood at 191 touchpoints in 2021 and 325 in 2025, so it has expanded by nearly 85 per cent in five years. The geographical spread has widened too. In 2024, Skoda was present in 156 cities across 25 States and Union Territories. Today, it covers 193 cities across 29.

Imphal and 10 Other New Cities in 2026
This year alone, the brand entered 11 new cities: Balasore, Baramati, Bathinda, Bikaner, Guna, Imphal, Jorhat, Kaithal, Khammam, Sri Ganganagar and Vasai. Imphal is also the first presence of any SAVWIPL Group brand in Manipur. Skoda now has the widest geographical coverage among Group brands in the Northeast.
The new outlets are pulling their weight. They have contributed over 25 per cent of Skoda's overall sales between January and October 2026.
Customer experience and ownership support
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, said the milestone reflects the brand’s push to get closer to customers. He credited dealer partners, old and new, for sharing that vision. He added that the priority in new markets is a consistent experience across sales and aftersales.
On that front, Skoda’s Bangalore dealer partner ranked No. 1 for dealership customer experience in the CarPhD survey. The study covered 16 cities, 18 brands and 88,000 customer reviews.
The ownership package has also been built around the network. Skoda Super Care offers a four-year standard warranty, roadside assistance and complimentary service labour. Express Care, available at select locations, is aimed at quicker service turnaround.
A big year for Skoda in India
All of this comes in what has been a massive year for the brand. Skoda has launched the Kushaq and Slavia facelifts, and also introduced the Kodiaq RS, its performance version. It unveiled the fourth-generation Superb as well. Strong demand for the Octavia RS led to a second batch, again limited to 50 units. The Kylaq also received a Sportline variant, a move driven by high demand.
The momentum shows in the numbers. Skoda sold 72,665 cars in India in 2025, a 107 per cent jump year on year. It currently sells four models here: the Kylaq, Slavia, Kushaq and Kodiaq. With a bigger network now backing them, the brand has more places to put them in front of buyers.
