First shown at the 2025 Auto Expo, the Tata Safari and the Harrier Stealth Edition have finally been launched, with prices beginning from Rs 25.09 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Harrier Stealth Edition. Meanwhile, the Safari Stealth Edition can be had from Rs 25.74 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Safari And Harrier Stealth Edition: What's New?
The Stealth Edition of the Harrier and the Safari comes with a few differences over their regular versions. It gets a special Matte Stealth Black paint scheme, along with 19-inch diamond-cut alloy rims also finished in Matte Black. Rounding things off on the outside are 'Stealth' badges on the fenders of both cars.
The interior layout of both cars remains identical to their standard versions. However, the seats are swathed in Carbon Noir leather upholstery with Granite Black stitching, while the dashboard also receives a Carbon Noir finish with soft-touch materials.

In terms of features, both cars are based on the top-spec variants of their regular versions, and as such, the Stealth Edition Safari and Harrier come with a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless phone connectivity and third-party app store support, Alexa voice commands, voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, a Level 2 ADAS suite, ambient lighting, a 10-speaker JBL surround sound system, and a gesture-powered tailgate among other things. Additionally, the Safari 6-seater receives ventilated seats on the first and second rows.

Things remain unchanged under the hood. The Tata Safari and the Harrier continue to be powered by the 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine, producing 168bhp and 350Nm of torque, paired to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque-converter automatic.
The Tata Harrier Stealth Edition is available in the Fearless+ trim, with prices set at Rs 25.09 lakh for the manual variant, and Rs 26.49 lakh for the automatic variant (all prices ex-showroom).
The Tata Safari Stealth Edition can be had in three trims; the Accomplished+ MT at Rs 25.74 lakh, the Accomplished+ automatic at Rs 27.14 lakh, and the Accomplished+ 6-seater automatic at Rs 27.24 lakh (ex-showroom).
Verdict
With the Stealth Edition lineup, Tata has found yet another way to keep the Safari and Harrier relevant against the competition. The changes are purely cosmetic and everything else remains identical to the standard cars. Matte is also usually hard to maintain in our conditions, which may make the buyers think twice.
