VinFast is entering the market with two electric vehicles that cater to different needs. The VF 6 is compact and practical, while the VF 7 offers more power, additional features, and a bolder design. Both are designed to suit everyday use and urban lifestyles. Before jumping into the features, it's important to note that both cars offer the same baseline of smart, practical features. They are future-ready with over-the-air update capability, allowing them to continuously improve with new features.

VF 6

This car will be compact SUV with three best in class features. The 59.6 kWh battery pack offers 210 HP, the highest power output in its segment. Inside, you'll find a 12.9-inch touchscreen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Also, 26 smart features including - multiple drive assist systems, a head-up display (HUD), advanced safety tools like lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, a 360 camera.

Moreover, the press release says, VF 6 will get memory seats with multiple driving profiles, 7 airbags and air purifier. Lastly, it comes with a 7-year warranty period.

VF 7

This is made for enthusiasts and is made for people who love a more premium driving experience. Its 70.8 kWh battery pack delivers 349 HP and 500 Nm of torque, enough to take you from zero to 100 km/h in under 5.8 seconds. On top of that, Level 2 ADAS with 22 features put it in high-on-saftey car category too. Features like adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, automatic braking, and traffic sign detection are available - common in this segment. The car also saves user preferences, such as seat positions and climate control settings, for added convenience.

Another notable aspect is the 10-year or 2 lakh km warranty, which offers long-term peace of mind to customers.

Bookings started on July 15th with a token amount of Rs 21,000, and these models will officially launch in August, following the inauguration of the company's plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
