The Innova Crysta is known as a testament in the global as well as the Indian automotive markets. While the rivals keep updating themselves in a year or two, Toyota has sold the Innova for over a decade in various continents and it conserved the brand image with its rock-solid reliability and comfort. The new updated car is expected to make its global debut sometime later this year but before that, we have a few rendered images which try to explain what the new MPV could look like.
2023 Toyota Innova Crysta Design & Features
The new Innova Crysta is not expected to boast radical changes as it is already floating on a timeless design language that is loved by customers even after years have passed by. The new Innova Crysta shall remain more or less the same in terms of the underpinnings, size, and basic design of the body. As it'll be a mid-life facelift, hence, the new car will embrace a redesigned front fascia with a new grille, new LED DRLs and LED deadlights, a new revamped front bumper, and LED fog lights as well.
Similarly, the side profile will feature a subtle change in the body lines along with the use of a new alloy wheel design to match the design ethics of the facelifted car. Even the rear end of the new updated car is expected to feature a new set of LED taillights and a completely new rear bumper as well.

Inside of the new 2023, Innova Crysta is expected to feature a newly designed dashboard, new features such as a large touchscreen infotainment system, and even new safety features which shall complete the updated MPV as a well-rounded package to compete with well-kitted rivals like the Mahindra Marazzo.
2023 Innova Engine & Specifications
Another radical change that the new car is expected to bring along is the use of a mild-hybrid technology to help it deliver more fuel economy as well as reduce emissions. This tech might be offered along with the current generation engine options which include a 2.4-Lt, turbo-diesel, and a 2.7-Lt, turbo-petrol. The gearbox options shall remain the same i.e. a 5-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter automatic.
2023 Innova Launch, Price & Rivals
We expect the new 2023 Toyota Innova Crysta MPV will be introduced globally sometime later this year. When launched it'll compete with the Mahindra Marazzo MPV. Price of the new car will be higher than the current generation Innova due to the incarnation of new features and technology.
