2024 Tata Harrier SUV has been spied on once again. This time its interior design details have been revealed showing the new features of the facelift model.

The 2024 Tata Harrier SUV is doing its final rounds of road testing. Its multiple test mules have been spied on recently in different parts of India. However, for the first time, its interior details have been revealed. Read all of the details about the changes that the new model will bring below.

2024 Tata Harrier SUV Interior Details
As seen in the photos, the upcoming model will get minute revisions to its interiors. The prominent change is the new bigger touchscreen infotainment system. The screen looks to be derived from the Altroz Racer prototype shown at the Auto Expo 2023. It is likely to get more features and a crispier UI as well. Meanwhile, the instrument console also seems to be changed. Tata will probably equip it with a fully digital console with more interactive graphics.
Additionally, the automatic gear shift lever is now smaller in size with premium leather stitched on it. The rest of the interiors look similar to the current model. But, we think that Tata will fit extensive comfort features on it. These might include front and rear seat ventilation, a 360-degree parking assist camera, ADAS level 2, & much more.
New Harrier Engine Details
The current model of Harrier is only available with a diesel engine. However, we suspect that the facelift will introduce a new petrol engine as well. Tata showcased a 1.5-lt turbo-petrol unit at the Auto Expo'23. This engine is suspected to be fitted on the facelift. The lack of a petrol engine is eating away sales for the Harrier because its rivals like MG Hector Plus & Mahindra XUV700 offer petrol options. Hence, the introduction of a refined & powerful petrol engine is expected. Meanwhile, its diesel engine shall remain unchanged and will be offered along with the petrol.
Verdict
The Harrier SUV has revolutionized the game for Tata. All thanks to its super build quality & comfortable ride, Harrier has been one of the top-selling models in its category. However, its design has now started to grow old. Hence, a new model is due that Tata shall bring by the end of this year. But, we think that it won't be anytime soon before early 2024 that the new Harrier hits the roads.
