Cheaper Limited Editions Of BS6 Volkswagen Polo And Vento Launched: Pictures & Details

Volkswagen India has just launched the limited editions of both BS6 Polo and Vento 1.0L TSI which are based on the top-spec Highline Plus MT trim. This step is taken to increase the sales of both models. The limited editions of both BS6 Volkswagen Polo and Vento 1.0 TSI start at Rs 7.89 lakh and 10.99 lakh respectively.

Based on the top-spec Highline trim, both the cars come with features loaded up to the brim. These limited editions of both Polo and Vento undercut the Highline Plus trim by Rs 13,000 and Rs 1 lakh respectively. The bookings for the same have already started and one can book the cars at Volkswagen India Website. One can book the cars at the dealership level too if they want!

This limited-edition trim of Polo and Vento comes with visual changes like the addition of stunning black ORVMs, honeycomb styled grille, sporty side body graphics, glossy black roof and spoiler, Bold TSI power badge which implies the responsible power you wield behind the wheel.

Both the cars get cruise control, a larger touchscreen infotainment unit supporting modern connectivity features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. While the Polo restricts itself with dual airbags, the Vento limited edition gets four airbags as standard.

Mechanically, both the cars get powered by a 1.0-litre TSI petrol motor which makes 110 bhp on tap with a peak torque of 175 Nm. These limited editions get a 6-speed manual gearbox and no automatic transmission is on offer. The ARAI certified mileage of Polo sticks to 18.24 km/l, the Vento gets a slightly lower figure at 17.69 km/l.
