Citroen has launched a special Blu Edition for their Citroen C3 and the eC3 hatchbacks with a new paint scheme. This comes as a part of their 3rd Anniversary celebrations, let's jump into the Top Highlights of this new edition that you need to know. 1. New Cosmo Blue Colour

The highlighted exterior visual update of the Citroen C3 and the eC3 is the new Cosmo Blue color tone. You have the option of pairing it with Steel Grey or Polar White. This isn't the only update with the limited Blu Edition. You also get a few updates inside the cabin that are just not limited to the visuals. And that takes us to our second point.

2. Interior: More Features

Inside the cabin, you get some fresh elements like seat belt cushions, customized seat covers, and neck rests. Not only this, this Blu Edition comes with an air purifier, illuminated cup holders, and sill plates. It is important to note that the Blu Edition units are limited to 500-600 units each of the Citroen C3 and the eC3 electric hatchback.

3. No Changes Under The Hood

In terms of mechanics, it does not get any changes. The Citroen C3 hatchback continues with the same 1.2 litre NA petrol unit that is good for 81bhp and comes mated to just a 5-speed manual gearbox. The more potent engine is the 1.2-litre turbo petrol unit that churns out 109bhp power and offers the choice between a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The eC3 electric hatch comes with a 29.3 kWh battery paired to an electric motor that puts out 57PS power with a torque of 143 Nm. It claims a range of 320 km on a single charge.
