To start with, Honda has introduced festive season packages across multiple variant, and let's begin with the top of the line - ZX variant, which recieves a new ivory interior theme with ivory leather seats. So, now customers who opt for the top spec - ZX have option to choose between three themes of interior - white, brown, and black. Moreover, this variant starts at Rs 15.41 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Also, it comes with optional features such as: -

Now onto the VX and V variants - they get a new fabric upholstery which replaces the shadown beige option, and ivory-touch inserts on doors and dashboards creating a dual-tone interiors. These two variants also gets the Alpha-Bold Plus Grille as an option.

Another upgrade is the addition of the Crystal Black Pearl color to the V, VX, and ZX variants. At its core, this SUV remains unchanged, built on the same "Honda Global Small Car" platform as the City and powered by the same 1.5L naturally aspirated 4-cylinder petrol engine, which is fully E20 compliant. It produces 121 PS and 145 Nm of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-step CVT. Additionally, the SUV continues to be offered in the Signature Black Edition, which looks truly stunning.

Some standout features include Level 2 ADAS, a semi-digital instrument cluster, a single-pane sunroof, a 10-inch infotainment system, and LaneWatch assist. This SUV is built for those seeking a reliable machine with excellent driving dynamics. Plus, with a 220 mm ground clearance, the Elevate leads its segment.

Verdict
Honda's rough phase in India seems like a never-ending tale. Despite offering best-in-class engineering built to last for years, sales are plummeting as if falling straight into a giant manhole - headed for rock bottom. This isn't a good sign, which is why the company is adding aftermarket features, offering heavy discounts, and rolling out easy EMI options. But the blame doesn't rest solely on Honda; customers also seem uninterested in the Japanese brand that was once one of the most aspirational names, especially among the middle class.
