New GT-Line and X-Line trims Introduced

Kia has added sportier and more premium-looking variants to the Carens Clavis range with the introduction of GTX, GTX+, and X-Line trims, all offered with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine.
The GT-Line variants get cosmetic upgrades that give the MPV a more aggressive stance, including revised bumpers, sporty alloy wheels, dark exterior accents, and distinctive brake calipers. The cabin also receives sport-themed detailing to match the exterior treatment.
The X-Line variant focuses more on a rugged and bold appearance. It comes with exclusive exterior shades, darkened styling elements, and additional visual changes that give the Clavis a stronger SUV-like character. Buyers also get the option of a six-seat layout with captain seats, making it more comfort-oriented.
Higher trims such as GTX+ and X-Line also introduce newer tech features, including digital key functionality and additional connected-car capabilities.
Mid-level Trims Get Sunroof, Lighting and Tech Upgrades

Kia has also strengthened the mid-range variants to make them more appealing. Key additions include:
- Electric sunroof now offered from HTK+
- Panoramic sunroof introduced in higher mid trims
- LED headlamps added in upper variants
- Built-in dashcam available from HTK+(O) onwards
With these updates, buyers opting for non-top variants can still access premium features without moving to the highest trims.
ADAS Added to new HTX(O)A Variant

The updated lineup also sees the introduction of a new HTX(O)A trim equipped with Level-2 ADAS, available with the turbo-petrol powertrain. This brings advanced driver-assistance features to a lower price point than before, making safety tech more accessible in the segment.
The MY26 model also gains Idle Stop-Go technology, which helps improve efficiency in city driving by shutting off the engine during long halts.
Engine and Gearbox Options Remain Unchanged

The Carens Clavis continues with multiple engine choices:
- 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol
- 1.5-litre turbo-petrol
- 1.5-litre diesel
Transmission options include:
- 6-speed manual
- iMT
- 7-speed DCT
- 6-speed automatic
This wide combination of engines and gearboxes ensures the model remains suitable for both private buyers and large families looking for flexibility.
Price Range (ex-showroom)
With the revised lineup, the MY26 Carens Clavis is priced between Rs. 11.20 lakh and Rs. 21.56 lakh (ex-showroom) depending on the engine, seating configuration, and variant.
