These discounts encompass cash savings and a special finance scheme valid from July 1st to July 15th, 2024, while others are applicable till the end of this month. Both the Zeta and Alpha models of the Jimny are eligible for a cash discount of up to Rs 1 lakh. However, there's a variation in the Maruti finance scheme between these variants, with the Alpha variant offering more substantial benefits. It's important to note that the finance offer applies exclusively when opting for a loan through a Nexa dealership. Additionally, the cash discount mentioned is applicable only in conjunction with the finance scheme.
The base Zeta variant of the Jimny is priced at Rs 12.74 lakh. After applying all discounts, its effective price was reduced to Rs 9.99 lakh, which is an excellent price point to buy the Jimny at. On top of this, this is even cheaper than the Mahindra Thar's RWD variant.

Maruti Jimny: Powertrain
The Jimny features a 1.5-litre petrol engine producing 103bhp and 134Nm of torque. It offers a choice between a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, Maruti's advanced AllGrip Pro system ensures optimal power distribution to all four wheels, and no variant comes without the 4WD drivetrain.
