Powertrain
Under the hood, the MG Astor comes equipped with BS6 Phase 2-compliant 1.5-litre NA petrol and a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine. The former churns out 108bhp and 144Nm of torque and comes mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT unit. The latter, a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol unit produces 138bhp and 220Nm of peak torque and comes mated to a 6-speed torque converter unit. There is no diesel unit on offer.
Details
The MG Astor SUV comes in five trim levels Style, Super, Sharp, Smart, and Savvy. Astor continues to be one of the most feature-laden SUVs in the segment with functions like a digital car key, connected telematics, three steering modes Normal, Urban, and Dynamic, heated ORVMs, and Level-2 ADAS tech.
