MG Astor Revealed Ahead of Official Launch - Specs, Features & More

MG Motor India has finally pulled the covers off the Astor compact SUV. Slated to launch in the coming weeks, the new model will lock horns with the likes of Hyundai Creta and VW Taigun. Its claim to fame comes from segment-first Level-2 ADAS features and an AI-powered voice assistant.

MG Astor Specs

The MG Astor will be a petrol-only model that will be available with two engine options  a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated mill good for 110PS-144 Nm and a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol motor that makes 140PS-220Nm. The former will be available with a manual transmission as well as a CVT, while the latter will be only on sale with an auto box. The turbo versin will be sold only in the top-spec Sharp and Savvy trims, while the less powerful model will be offered in the Super and Smart variants.
