To boost the demand at the start of the year, Renault India is offering up to Rs 1 lakh discount on its products
With its operations commencing more than 16 years ago, Renault India has had a fairly good time in the Indian market, with many of its products, such as the Duster, Kwid and Triber, having been quite well received by the Indian car buyers. At the start of 2022, almost every carmaker out there is offering at least some discount on its models to have a head start of sorts. Of course, Renault is no exception to it and here's a look at the discounts and offers it's providing on its lineup.

Renault Kwid
The Kwid is not only the most affordable option in its carmaker's portfolio but is also the only car that has managed to have an impact on the popularity of the Maruti Alto. The Kwid's 1.0-litre engine variant even rivals the Maruti S-Presso with its similar engine performance and SUV-inspired exterior design. Currently, prices of the Renault Kwid range from Rs 4.25 lakh for the entry-level RXe 0.8-litre variant to Rs 5.71 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec 1.0-litre Climber R(O) trim.
For January 2022, the Renault Kwid is available with an exchange bonus on both MY2021 and MY2022 manufactured models. In fact, you can even benefit from a cash discount if you pick a vehicle that was produced last year. The MY2021 Kwid 0.8-litre variant is being sold with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and a cash discount of Rs 10,000, while the MY2022 Kwid 0.8-litre is available with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000. Similarly, the MY2021 Kwid 0.8-litre is being sold with a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 while the MY2022 vehicles are available with a cash discount of Rs 5,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000.
Renault Triber
Next, on our list of Renault January 2022 Discounts and Offers is the Triber, which is not just the most affordable MPV in the carmaker's lineup but even one of the most pocket-friendly Multi-Purpose Vehicles on sale in the country. While it rivals the Datsun Go Plus in aspects such as that of pricing and specs, it's way more popular and has managed to create a niche of its own. Presently, this low-cost MPV is on sale in a price range of Rs 5.69 lakh for the entry-level Rxe trim to Rs 8.25 lakh (ex-showroom) for the range-topping RXz Easy-R AMT Dual Tone trim. This month, this already well-priced offering is being sold with benefits worth Rs 30,000.
Buyers of this MPV can benefit from an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 in case they pick up a vehicle from the MY2022 stock. Additionally, one can even benefit from a cash discount of Rs 10,000 in case he or she chooses to pick up from the leftover stock from last year. With up to Rs 30,000 shaved off the sticker price, the Triber ends up being tremendous value for money.

Renault Kiger
The Renault Kiger can be viewed as a mechanical twin of the Nissan Magnite. So far, however, it has not been very popular in spite of being one of the most VFM packages around. Of course, it offers all the qualities of the Magnite along with even having a rather European exterior look. Presently, the Renault Kiger retails in a price range of Rs 5.79 lakh for base RXe trim to Rs 10.23 lakh (ex-showroom) for RXZ Turbo X-Tronic CVT model.
For January 2022, the fresh stock of the Renault Kiger is being sold without any official discount. On the other hand, you can still benefit from free accessories worth Rs 15,000 in case you pick a vehicle from the leftover stock manufactured last year.

Renault Duster
The fourth and last model on this list of Renault January 2022 discounts and offers is the Renault Duster, which is easily the oldest compact SUV on sale today. It's even the oldest model in the carmaker's product portfolio and is not as popular as it used to be in its heydays. No wonder, then, that it's being sold with many discounts in order to have a better showing on the sales charts. Currently, this SUV has been priced from Rs 9.86 lakh for the base 1.5 Petrol RXs MT trim to Rs 14.25 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-of-the-line 1.3 Turbo Petrol RXz CVT model.
For January 2022, the Renault Duster is available with discounts worth Rs 1 lakh if you pick from the MY2021 manufactured stock. Additionally, existing Renault owners can benefit from loyalty benefits of a free 5-year warranty, AMC, and 5-year roadside assistance package.
